There are a few ways to get help with TutorMe:

  1. Visit the NSCC TutorMe Getting Started Guide. This guide covers how to login to TutorMe, how to find a good tutor match, how to use the lesson space and more.
     
  2. Contact TutorMe's customer support by clicking on the blue chat button in the lower right corner of your TutorMe Screen. Support is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
     
  3. Contact NSCC Libraries and Learning Commons Staff who can set up a one-on-one information session with you. You'll hear back within 1 business day.
